Shipping Methods

1, Domestic shipping 

We have small stocks in USA and EU, so we offer domestic shipping without extra charges when we have stocks there, so for small orders, we almost always do domestic shipping, for big orders, we are more likely do international shipping due to small stocks.

2, International shipping

To help your package pass customs we always chose the best shipment method, and we change sometimes according to situation. Normally we use our special private carrier to ship them to your country and pass customs first, then packages will be handed to different carrier like UPS,FEDEX,USPS etc, before that, no tracking info updated.

3, Shipping cost

We charge fixed flat 30$ per order, actually we pay 40$-60$ per package for international shipping. but for domestic shipping, we have to pay the local operator to ship. so pls don't insist that the domestic shipping cost is less than 30$. think about that the price on the site is for international, but we offer domestic shipping without extra charges. with other sources, the products with domestic shipping sell more expensive. 

4, Delivery time

Domestic shipping:

USA: 2-5 days

EU:  2-10 days

international shipping:

Depends on country, 7-12 business days normally, might be delayed sometimes.

5, reship policy

We guarantee the reshipment if the pack is lost. no worries, make an order then just wait at home.
